Chef Dan, with over 38 years of cooking experience, is sure to please with his ethnic flavors. Having travelled extensively, cuisine from Turkey, Italy, Spain, Thailand, Morocco, India and France is scattered throughout his pub menu in creative and tasteful ways.
Barbara Ehler, Owner
Barbara has over 33 years of restaurant, catering and bar experience. She returned to the Minocqua area after 10 years to open her own pub and eatery, following in her grandparents footsteps, the original owners and operators of The Yacht Club on Lake Minocqua.
Founded in the summer of 2009, The Shamrock quickly became a destination pub for vacationers, snowmobilers, and locals. The fresh, innovative pub cuisine has helped the Shamrock win many awards including "Best Bar and Grill" at the Minocqua Taste of the North.
Shamrock Pub n' Eatery is family-owned and operated right here in Lake Tomahawk, WI. Other area bars may offer similar services, but our cuisine and service is uncomprimising and supported with a personal touch.
